The debut of the sailing catamaran Fountaine Pajot Saona 47 took place in the spring of 2017 at the International Boat Show in Dusseldorf. The model, traditionally for this shipyard, was decorated in a French style and with plenty of natural light. The ship was designed by the shipyard design bureau, together with the design company Berret-Racoupeau Design, designer Olivier Racoupeau and interior design master Isabelle Racoupeau. The yacht received wide transitions between cabins and a large amount of space on the decks, as well as a glass door at the stern of the vessel, which serves as an exit to the shaded terrace. The salon is finished with mahogany wood and is available in several configurations and colors to choose from.
In the saloon there is a control post, a company cabin with several sofas and a folding table, as well as a kitchen with a stove, sink, refrigerator and storage space for food supplies. The customer has a configuration with three double cabins and two crew cabins with a single bed in each of them, or a configuration with four double cabins, without crew cabins. The spacious flybridge features a full helm station, wide sun loungers and a small U-shaped sofa. For relaxation at Fountaine Pajot Saona 47, there are also sun loungers at the bow of the vessel and a shaded deck at the stern, from which you can go directly to the folding transom, which gives easy access to the water.
Fountaine Pajot Saona 47 is powered by two diesel engines from Volvo, each with 60 hp. The fuel tank is designed for 940 liters of fuel and the fresh water tank is designed for 700 liters.
The model has received the A.Sea Craft classification and can go to the open ocean.
