Kelly K33

Model K33 was the first boat Kelly Yachts. Almost immediately after its appearance she got the award of Millenium Yacht Design for the best design of a sailing yacht with a length of 10 meters. In fact, it is difficult to find another sailing a boat of similar length, with three full-sized cabins and a head with shower, which has a height more than 190 cm. The whole secret lies in the original layout: a similar ladder to the room is offset to the right from DP, and in its traditional place, a small enclosure of latrine. The boat was originally designed "from the body", drawing a quick and lightweight body with a small wetted area. Its main advantage — the absence of leading waterlines: even if you roll the yacht's waterline remain symmetric, which significantly reduces risklevel yachts and its propensity to bracing. Design and manufacturing technology of the hull is quite modern: hand-laminated sandwich construction using venlafaxine resin as a binder.
