Rinker 220 MTX Captiva is a sports bow-rider, produced by the American shipyard Rinker since 2013. A feature of this model is the non-standard, trihedral shape of the nose and the presence of an arch for installing a biminitope or additional lighting devices. The hull of the boat consists of fiberglass, which allowed to reduce its weight without loss of strength characteristics, to increase streamlining and controllability. Case length 6.88 meters, width 2.49 meters.
In the bow of the boat there are two sunbeds, turned in the direction of the boat, between them is a small chair with integrated cup holders, under which a locker is placed. Passage to the cockpit is between the steering seat and the passenger sofa on the port side. The Rinker 220 MTX Captiva control station is equipped with an analog speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, clock, magnetic compass and an integrated audio remote control with support for CD and USB media. To control the engine, a gas-reverse shift handle, an ignition switch and an engine emergency shutdown button are provided. A passenger seat is located on the port side of the control post. Behind the control post there is a sofa in the full width of the cockpit and a sunbed, which acts as the cover of the engine compartment. At the stern of the boat is a swimming platform.
The Rinker 220 MTX Captiva is powered by MerCruiser motors from 220 to 300 hp. and Volvo Penta engines from 225 to 320 hp The capacity of the fuel tank is 129 l.
