Chaparral 223 VRX Vortex is a sports boat manufactured by the Chaparral shipyard since 2014. Bowrider has a fiberglass body that provides reduced weight without loss of strength. Lighter weight and improved streamlining allows the boat to reach speeds of up to 46 knots. The boat has a seaworthiness class and is intended for access to coastal waters.
At the stern of the cockpit there is a bathing platform with a folding ladder for launching into the water, behind it there are two folding chairs, directed against the course of the boat. On the sides of the cockpit are two corner sofas with lockers. The control post is equipped with an adjustable captain’s and helmsman’s chair, the back of the steering’s chair folds, due to which you can turn the left sofa into a full sunbed. On the port side of the cockpit is a dining table. The sports steering wheel is equipped with a hydraulic amplifier, the dashboard is equipped with a speedometer, tachometer, fuel level sensor and an electronic navigation panel. To control the engines of the Chaparral 223 VRX Vortex there is a gas-reverse knob and an emergency engine shutdown system. Between the captain’s chair and the steering passage to the bow of the hull, where two sofas and a folding table are located.
Three types of propulsion systems can drive the Chaparral 223 VRX Vortex - Twin Rotax 1.5L 4-TEC 150 ECT, Twin Rotax 1.5L 4-TEC 200 ECT and Twin Rotax 1.5L 4-TEC 250 ECT. Fuel capacity - 189 liters.
