Comar Comet 45s

Comet 45S, recognized in 2005 by the European Yacht of the year, was made on the basis of a very successful model 51S — actually it is a shortened version of this boat. Vertical overhangs are designed to increase the length of the waterline to improve handling characteristics of the yacht, and the sharp contours of the bow improve the germination of the ship on a wave. The boat is actually sailing "crossover": this is a fairly fast and suitable for racing shell, at the same time suitable for long voyages with family crew. This scheme dramatically increases the available volume in the cabin and allow for more flexible planning decisions underdeck spaces. The layout of the cockpit may vary at the wish of the customer — you can select one wheel and closed cockpit or prefer a more sporty version of the open cockpit with two steering wheels.
